Overview

The East Lothian Mental Health Officers (MHO) Team wish to evaluate the service they provide to their partners.  

The team have identified values they believe are important to provide you with an effective, efficient service. 

This survey asks you to assess if the MHOs are consistently delivering these values in their interactions with you, and how they could improve their service delivery to meet your collective needs.
