Adult Social Work Supervision Survey

Overview

Last year we introduced a new Supervision Policy within Adult Social Work to ensure all “staff received regular, structured supervision that supports professional development and ensures delivery of safe, effective practice consistent with social work values, public protection requirements and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Code of Conduct.”

One year on we would like to know from you how this new policy has impacted in practice, whether there is anything further that should be included or amended and how supported you are by your supervisor. This is YOUR chance to have a say in what supervisory support you feel you need.
