Overview

East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership (ELHSCP) is responsible for health and social care services in East Lothian. We are investigating the impact that ageing will have on East Lothian’s population and how we can improve services for older people in the future. For the purposes of this questionnaire 'Older people' means anyone aged 65 and over but ageing affects everyone.

Planning for an Ageing Population Project
We have set up a group called the Community Hospitals and Care Homes Provision Change Board to do this work. We also want to talk to a wide range of people in the community to get their views and ideas. We have called this project 'Planning for an Ageing Population.' You can find more about the 'Planning for an ageing population' project at https://www.eastlothian.gov.uk/downloads/download/13500/east_lothian_community

Why your views matter

We want to find out the best way to get information about the project to as many people as possible. We would like to know what would make it easier for you to take part. So, we are asking people to take this quick questionnaire. It is asking for information about the best way to keep you informed and involved, if you want to be.
