Overview

Following East Lothian Council's Licensing Sub-committee's decision to introduce a Sexual Entertainment Venue (SEV) licensing regime in January 2022, the same committee agreed the Draft Policy and Draft Licensing Conditions in June 2022.  The Policy and Conditions are now subject to a public consultation and East Lothian Council welcomes your views on the documents.
