Please complete this form to let us know if your child will NOT be attending nursery, during part or all of the Easter break by Friday 28 March 2025. You should consider this carefully as you may not be able to change sessions after this date.

You do not need to complete this if your child will be attending nursery as normal. Please note the nursery will be closed for all children on Friday 18 April and Monday 21 April.
