The CPF-LT has been running in some areas for around a year.

This survey is part of a piece of work to evaluate the CPF-LT processes.

School staff, partners and families invovled in the CPF-LT  will be invited to take part in a survey (either on-line or through a phone call). Data from the CPF-LT will be evaualted.  

Feedback from this process review will be used to improve the meetings and the outcomes going forward.
