Early Years Service Review - Impact of Model Changes

Overview

We are exploring support options for families affected by changes to funded Early Learning and Childcare from August 2026, this support will help children and families transition into the new delivery model. Any support will be in place for one year only (12 August 2026 – 6 August 2027).

Your feedback is essential to help us understand your needs and plan the best possible support within the resources available. 

Who should complete this survey?

• Families whose child currently attends one of the following nurseries:
  Aberlady, East Linton, Law, Longniddry, Pinkie St Peter’s, Sanderson’s Wynd, Yester

• And whose child started before 30 September 2025 and will continue to access funded Early Learning and Childcare from August 2026.

Your response will be treated confidentially and used solely for planning support during this transition.
