Nursery Holiday Attendance - April 2026

Please only complete this form if your child will NOT be attending nursery during part or all of the April school holiday period (7th to 20th April 2026). You should consider this carefully as you may not be able to change sessions after this date. 

Please note the nursery will be closed on Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April for Easter weekend.

You do not need to complete this if your child will be attending nursery as normal.
