EL Business Month - Drop-in and Connect - Exhibitor Details

• Time: Exhibitors must arrive from 9am to set up - doors open at 10am to businesses. Pack up from 1pm. 
• Address: The Marine North Berwick,18 Cromwell Rd, North Berwick EH39 4LZ
• Parking: The hotel has a carpark plus on street parking availble in the surrounding area
• Refreshments: Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided.
• Staff: We recommend each stand to have 2 members of staff
• Chairs: Each stand will have 2 chairs for staff. There will be spaces for staff to network with businesses separately for more in depth conversations if needed
• Speech: East Lothian Council's new Chief Executive, Laurence Rockey, will give a short speech at 10:45am

Wi-fi will be available but a charging point near your table is not guaranteed, ensure devices are charged.

You will have a clothed trestle table to decorate as you wish and space for a maximum of 2 pull up banners. If you are planning to bring anything larger, please let us know so we can accommodate. 

One form must be completed by each attending member of staff.
