Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Overview
The Scottish Housing Charter was introduced by the Scottish Government in April 2013. One of the purposes of the Charter is to make landlords more accountable to their tenants and this includes them being required to carry out a comprehensive tenant satisfaction survey at least every three years.
Why your views matter
By carrying out a comprehensive tenant satisfaction survey we hope to gather feedback on what tenants think of the homes and related services we provide. Gathering this information will help us to improve what we do.
We have always tried to get feedback from tenants and to act on it - the Social Housing Charter is another driver to make sure we do this well.
