East Lothian Business Month - How to Grow Your Business Through the Travel Trade

As part of East Lothian Business Month from 1st - 31st October, Visit East Lothian are hosting a workshop designed for tourism and hospitality businesses in East Lothian, with no previous experience with the travel trade.

We invite you to join us for this comprehensive introductory session to work with intermediaries - what is the travel trade, how is operates, product relevance and identify the opportunity for our tourism businesses locally.  We also share some easy/practical next steps.

The travel trade is an increasingly important route to market and as well as our overview, we will also hear from Alasdair Maclauchlan, VisitScotland.  He will highlight some current trends and the importance of travel trade to Scotland's economy.

The session will be led by our professional travel trade trainers, Liz Young and Karen Jacques.
