Car Club and Electric Vehicle Parking Places Order

Overview

East Lothian Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Sections 1(1), 2(1), 3, 32(1), 35(1), 49, 53 and part IV of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

The effect of this Order will be to introduce Car Club and Electric Vehicle parking places.

A copy of the Order as proposed together with maps showing the roads affected, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order and copies of all relevant documents are available under 'Related Documents' below. Printed copies are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the reception desk, John Muir House, Haddington from Monday 2nd November to Friday 11th December 2015.
