East Lothian Council (B1361, Moodie Wynd, Prestonpans) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025

Overview

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at B1361, Moodie Wynd, Prestonpans.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 28^th November 2025 to Friday 9^th January 2026.
