East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Parts III and V of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the driving of vehicles during school term times at various times of the day on Countess Crescent, Dunbar
