Overview
East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at High Street, Aberlady
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
Why your views matter
Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
