East Lothian Council (Harbour Road, Musselburgh) (One Way) Order 2017

Overview

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a One Way System in Harbour Road, Musselburgh.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be found under 'Related' below or can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House, Haddington during normal office hours from Monday 31st July to Friday 8th September.
