EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (RESTRICTED ROADS) (A1087, QUEENS ROAD, DUNBAR) (VARIATION 1) ORDER 2025

Overview

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 82(2), 83(2) and of paragraph 27 (1) of Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on Queens Road, Dunbar to include a new housing development.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 11^th July 2025 to Friday 1^st August 2025.
