Overview

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at various locations within North Berwick

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

What happens next

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 15^th July 2022 to Friday 26^th August 2022 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
