East Lothian Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Sections 82(2), 83 (2) and 84 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to make permanent 20mph speed restrictions in various roads within Cockenzie, North Berwick and Tranent.
