ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

East Lothian Council (Various Roads – Musselburgh and Wallyford) (Prohibition and Restriction on Waiting, Loading & Unloading, etc), Variation No.1 Order  

 East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at various locations within Musselburgh

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington. You can also view the 'Related' below.

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 27 July 2018 to Friday 7 September 2018 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
