Road Traffic Order - Victoria Park, Haddington - Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading

Overview

Notice is hereby given that East Lothian Council propose to make an order in terms of Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2) and Parts III, IV and V of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amemded by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

The effect of this Order will be to introduce waiting and loading restrictions on various lengths of roads in Haddington. The Order will affect the roads in Haddington listed in the Schedule.

A copy of the Order as proposed together with a map showing the roads affected, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order and copies of all relevant documents are available under 'Related Documents' below. Paper copies are also available for inspection during normal working hours at the following locations from Monday 2nd November to Friday 11th December 2015:
