Road Traffic Orders - Various October 2015

Overview

East Lothian Council proposes to make a number of Orders in terms of Sections 1(1), 2(1), 3, 152(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984. These are as follows:

* East Lothian Council (A199 Haddington to East Linton) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2015

* East Lothian Council (Harbour Road, Musselburgh) (One Way) Order 2015

* East Lothian Council (New Row, Tranent) (One Way) Order 2015

A copy of each of these Orders, maps showing the roads affected, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order and copies of all relevant documents can be found under 'Related Documents' below. Paper copies are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the following places from Monday the 26th October until Friday the 4th December:
