VARIATION No 1 ORDER

TO – 160 / 18.

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce enforceable waiting restrictions in Various Streets, Belhaven, Dunbar & West Barns, Traffic.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order are attached below but can also be viewed at Main

Why your views matter

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 20 July 2018 to Friday 31 August 2018 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
