East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce enforceable waiting restrictions within the car park of John Muir House, Haddington

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington however they are also available on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 20 July 2018 to Friday 10 August 2018 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
