East Lothian Council (Various Locations, East Lothian (Disabled Parking Spaces) Order 2026
Overview
East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable disabled bay restrictions at Various Locations across East Lothian
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 16th March 2026 to Friday 17th April 2026.
Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
