We would like you to tell us how you prefer to contact the Council, how easy it is to contact us and how well we meet your needs for different types of enquiry.  This will help us develop a new customer strategy designed to make sure you can access our services in the ways that suit you best, you get good service when you contact us, and you can self-serve as much as possible.

We are also asking a couple of questions about our website and social media, to help us consider how best to expand our digital contact with you.

Why your views matter

We know that a lot has changed in the past few years with the pandemic and the cost of living crisis.  More customers want to contact us digitally at a time that suits them, and it is important that we make it easy for you to do that.  Some customers still need to contact us in other ways, and we need to make sure we can respond quickly and we are as efficient as we can possibly be when meeting your need. 

This survey will help us to understand your experience when you contact us now, how you would like to contact us in future and how you use social media; so that we can design our services to meet your needs now and in the years to come.
