Educational Attainment Gap - Scottish Parliament Consultation

Closed 7 Mar 2015

Opened 15 Jan 2015

Overview

The Scottish Parliament's Education and Culture Committee is undertaking work on the educational attainment gap in schools. The Committee is keen to include as many people as possible in its work.

One of the things the Committee wants to consider is how parents (including guardians) and schools can best work together to raise all pupil's attainment, particularly those whose attainment is lowest. The Committe has set up a short survey on this matter which will help to inform an evidence session due to take place later in the year.

The survey is aimed at parents and guardians who currently have children in Scottish schools and will run until the 7th March 2015.
