Cycleways (Various Locations) - Related Road Traffic Orders

Overview

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make a number of Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3, 152(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce shared cycleway / footways at a number of locations as follows:  

A198 Duncur Road to Archerfield West, Gullane

Strathearn Road, North Berwick to Ware Road, Direlton

A1087 Roxburghe Park to Broxburn, Dunbar

B6371 Tranent to Ormiston

B6414 Crossgatehall to Smeaton Shaw

Individual Orders for each of these along with a Statement of Reasons and a location map can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House, Haddington and the Brunton Hall, Musselburgh, they can also be found under 'Related Documents' below and on tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 2nd May 2016 to Friday 10th June 2016.
