East Lothian Council (Princess Way, Blindwells) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026

Overview

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Princess Way, Blindwells.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 2nd October 2026 to Friday 13th November 2026.
