Road Traffic Order - A199 Haddington to East Linton - Redetermination of means of exercise of public right of passage

Overview

East Lothian Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1), (2), 3, 152(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a shared cycleway / footway on the A199 from Haddington to East Linton.

A copy of the Order together with a plan showing the extent of the shared surface and the statement of reasons for making the Order may be examined from Monday 25 April 2016 at Main Reception, John Muir House, Haddington.
