East Lothian Partnership is undertaking a review of its membership of Disabled Go to consider whether it continues to provide a valuable resource for disabled people and best value for money. The review will be conducted by East Lothian Council in June & July 2015 and aim to make a recommendation to the East Lothian Partnership in Autumn 2015.
The Partnership would like to gather the views of local disabled people and their carers about Disabled Go. Please complete the following survey to give us your views. It should take 5- 15 minutes to complete the survey.
