Overview

East Lothian Licensing Board is responsible for licensing local gambling establishments and for producing a Gambling Policy for East Lothian. The Gambling Act 2005 requires the Board to revise, consult on, and republish its Gambling Policy at least every three years. The current policy comes to an end on 31 January 2019.

Once the consutlation closes, responses will be reviewed and the draft policy will be amended as required. The Board will be asked to adopt the final draft Gambling Policy at its meeting on 24 January 2019.
