THE EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS – PRESTONPANS) (PROHIBITION & RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ETC), VARIATION ORDER NO: 1                                                                                        

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to change enforceable waiting restrictions in Various Roads, Prestonpans.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order  are attached below but can also be viewed at  Main Reception, John Muir House, Haddington, however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

Why your views matter

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Thursday 22^nd April 2021 to Thursday 13^th May 2021 during normal office hours.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
