Overview

East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership's Draft Strategic Plan describes the changes and improvements in health and social care that the Partnership wants to make over the next ten years. It explains what our priorities are, how we identified them and how we intend to make a difference by working in partnership.

We want to hear as many views as possible to help shape our plans - you can share your views by using any of the following options:

We are also currently consulting on the East Lothian Health and Social Care Draft Integration Scheme. This Scheme covers a number of key elements related to governance and the delegation of functions and resources required to establish a formal Integration Joint Board for East Lothian. What happens next

Thank you to all those who took part in this consultation. The information gathered from the survey and from consultation events will be used to help prepare a second Draft Strategic Plan. This second Draft will go out for consultation in spring 2015.
